Was greeted and took into the back, very friendly manager. He kept everything relaxed with tension, they just want to get the personal side of you, they don't want an uptight business savvy employee, they want friendly customer service oriented staff

It was relaxed. I knew the person who I was interviewing with so that made it easier. Although I was told at the end they already knew who they were selecting and this was a formality.

I applied online and submitted my resume. The hiring manager called to set up an interview time a couple weeks later. The store manager and district manager were there. I gave my presentation about the store and the areas that I deemed were good improvements, they asked me a few questions. I asked a few questions. Overall typical internal employee interview process from my experience.
