ASDA Store Assistant interview questions

Online application form then a group interview then one to one if successful after that stage stage. Very active, lots of team building parts & being able to respond quickly is needed.

The interview was Friendly and comfortable there was no intimidating questions that were asked to me whereas in other interviews there has been and made me extremely uncomfortable. They reassured me that I will gain the skills I need when I work here as ASDA is a big company and everyone loves to go there I’ll be able to interact with customers and make them feel comfortable to come to me if they need help with anything.
