Interview
Initially an online application, then if you're accepted through to the next stage, you go to an "ASDA Magic" event whereby you are in a large group of potential candidates and are required to perform certain "Team Building Exercises" which vary from store to store. If you pass this, then you'll be invited for an interview with the manager of the department they're putting you forward for, this will be an informal interview to get to know you and why you believe that you are the best for the job. After this, you'll usually get a phone call in about 2-3 working days to tell you if you've got the job. If you have, then you're invited to a "Best Welcome" which is where you're shown your new department, the rest of the store and also receive your first (small) bit of training.
