ASDA Checkout Operator interview questions

Online Application: basic information, didn't require qualifications Group interview: group of 10 people, paired up/split into groups for different tasks Individual interview - got a call inviting me to individual interview a day/two after group interview. From application to job offer it took around a week and a half. Although i did not start until the end of July despite being offered a job at the end of June. They had to wait until the other departments had done interviews. Called me mid July and invited me to 'best welcome' which involved training and getting to know the store etc.

Online application with tests on basic English and numeric skills. Followed by a group interview at the store with tasks to evaluate how well you work as par of a team. Finally a 1-on-1 interview with the store manager on customer service skills and basic competences.
