I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at APM Terminals (Tema, Greater Accra) in Apr 2011
Interview
was a long and direct process, intellectually designed and very analytical. the panel consisted of 4 men on the managerial level and smiled little. an iq test was conducted and this was used to weed out the weak ones.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at APM Terminals (Hong Kong) in May 2014
Interview
Short and clear procedure. One meeting with manager, other with HR about conditions. Procedure was not totally clear before start of it. As it was an overseas position, lot of information was given during the process and not in a very structured manner.
