ALSTOM Tender Manager interview questions

HR manager held the first interview. At the beginning, I briefly introduced my experience and certificates. Then HP manager asked several questions about how my past experience could fit the needs of the applied position. At the end, I was asked about my expectation of salary. Two days later, I was interviewed by the general manager. He briefed the business of Alstom Plants China and then asked me questions about how I deal with my past job in project control. Finally, he offered two positions and gave me his opinions which one I could choose.
