I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (West Footscray, Victoria) in May 2016
Interview
Interview process was a typical group interview.
It was quite casual with the general "tell us about yourself" and "what do you know about our company?" questions. I had a group in which one person wouldn't let anyone else get a word in which may or may not have worked in my favour. I find out in 10 days if I was successful and get a second one on one interview. Overall the process was pretty cruisy and surprisingly infornal.

Question 1
What about ALDI is different to other supermarket chains?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Chatswood) in Jun 2015
Interview
The first step was group interview, in which we were told that they are 'looking for girls' to hire (DO NOT expect big things from Aldi management..) If you pass this stage, you move on to a one-on-one interview. If you are successful here, you then have to undergo a background check and health check, including a drug test. If you pass, you should receive a phone call offering you a job. My call was about two weeks later.

Applied online. Received an email for an in-store interview a month later. Began with a quick written test, about 9 questions to complete in 5 minutes. Then given a formal one to one interview of a few questions and was told I would hear back about my interview within the next 48 hours.
