ALDI Retails Assistant interview questions

Had group interview first along with 15 others, it was quite laid back, the manager talked about and stressed how physical the work is, also how you would learn every facet of the job from cleaning to merchandising. We then had to get to know the person next to us and explain why they would be good for the job. Also had to say what you could offer to the job. Then out of the 15 roughly four people are chosen to move on to the next level, where you have to fill out a form with details and some general calculations as the registers do not show the amount of change. Received a call a week later asking to goad get a medical check and then called into store where we met the general manager, it was not an interview even though we were told it was, I think it was more about seeing if you were a suitable fit with the rest of the staff.

3 interviews 1 group, 1 with area manager, 1 with store manager. Group interview the hardest as you have to stand out in a group however don't say how good you are with customers talk about working as a team and the aldi values
