ALDI Retails Assistant interview questions

A series of interviews. First starting off with online questions where you record yourself answering them. Next, is a phone interview, then group/in person interviews. It’s a well rounded company so as expected, the interviews aren’t entirely easy, but definitely not hard!

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal.
