ALDI Retails Assistant interview questions

Group interview with 10-20 people in a warehouse where they analyse individuals who participate in group activities about ALDI and common-sense knowledge when working in the industry. Observes people's body position and language as well.

The Group Interview consisted of series of questions. There were basic day to day activity type of questions. Recruiter expects you to participate and speak, and this is the fundamental analysis of the group interview. They expect you to participate but are not necessarily looking for the right answer.
