Firstly I had to submit a resume and selection criteria online, then I was selected for a video interview using Vieple. I had two minutes to answer each question. After this I had a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager which went for one hour. Then I had to do psychometric testing including four tests: numeracy, literacy/comprehension, logic and personality. The hiring manager told me that candidates had to achieve a score of at least 50% in each test to pass. These were a lot harder than any practice tests I had done. On passing the psychometric testing, there was then a take-home exam in which you had to demonstrate your analysis and report writing skills. Finally, there was an interview with the Director.
