I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ALDI (Austin, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview was ten minutes late and I do not know what was going on with the interviewer because he did not explain the delay. So I only had a 20-minute interview. The process is quite similar with other internship positions. Most questions are behavior questions. I saw there was a paper to take notes in front of him and he did not write anything. The interviewer is a little bit cold in attitude.

Basic behavior questions such as describe a team work experience
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI
Interview
There are two different interviews in this process. First an on-campus dinner and interview and second, an office visit. The on-campus interview is pretty normal in that the ask basic behavioral based questions to find out if you are a fit for the company. On the second interview, you visit a regional office, a warehouse, a store, go to lunch, and have two interviews with different upper management.

Interview
Interviewed at campus recruiting fair and got general info. The night before the interview, everyone goes to a dinner and they tell you about the internship. Day of interview, they ask you four or so questions regarding situations you may encounter. They are really trying to scope out if you are a manager material or not.
