I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Greenwood, IN) in Sep 2023
Interview
3 rounds of interviews. One on hirevue, one on zoom, and one in person. Common question asked was what is a common misconception about you? Everyone was very friendly and I could tell they really loved ALDI.
This was a standard 2-3 round interview process. Where the 1st two were your average interview with questions about experience and "tell me about a time when" type questions. And the 3rd interview is with a Director who is asking the specific questions about what you are looking for.

Interview
Very slow to get back to me regarding the next steps and had lots of gaps in the process, ended up doing a total of 4 Zoom calls/phone interviews only to not receive an offer. Also found out I didn't receive an offer over a month after doing my last interview
