ALDI Assistant Store interview questions

You get split into groups for behavioural situations where you base your answers on how you believe the situations should be prioritised. You make your own determinations and then get split into groups as assessor looks on. Then it's followed by a short numerical questions where you answer math questions.

It's a 3 rounds interview process. First, a self-video recording, thereafter a physical one-to-one interview with an Area manager who oversees a couple of stores, and lastly a discussion and suitability meeting with the chosen store manager.
