Referred by a current intern at the firm, phone screening and then interviewed with two tax directors onsite, all easy to talk with, got offer within a week. standard behavioral and resume questions
HR is professional, there is a total of 4 rounds of interviews which process seems to be pretty long.
overall time lasts for 2 months and hiring managers indicates the pace will be slow in hiring.
