Onboarding with HR, home task, and c level stakeholder interview.
After the task was checked I spoke directly with the recruiter about the process of getting into the company. The head of marketing also was involved in the process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
3 back to back 30 minutes for the second round. That’s a lot of time so be prepared with questions and be prepared for weird questions like, “name a time you failed something but then overcame it” or “whats your morning routine”
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Name a time you had to work with a difficult team member and how did you get past that
4 back to back personality interviews, each one asked mostly the same questions. No questions were of a technical nature. The interviewers also encouraged questions in return. A very pleasant experience, but definitely time consuming.
