onsite phone, hr round, final round with hm, the process is smooth and go around pretty fast so i'm happy with it. got phone call from hr after 6pm so the company usually works late i guess but i declined the offer because it's really a low pay
I applied online. I interviewed at AIG in Sep 2020
Interview
Overall it was ok. Had 2 calls with HR then had a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Everyone was friendly, questions were standard, nothing too difficult or technical. The whole process took a few weeks from the application date.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AIG
Interview
While the people were nice, the the interview process itself was long, convoluted and not transparent. I went in multiple times (5+) and everyone's understanding of the job description, timeline, next steps was slightly different. I think HR was also a little overwhelmed with all the hiring needs because I either had to follow up multiple times or there were long bouts of silence. In the end, I decided they either weren't really that interested and just declined moving forward. The process itself seemed like a red flag to the possible bureaucracy and paperwork awaiting me there anyway.
