Applied through campus link, got an interview in a week, interviewed on campus, and then got an offer one week after. Overall a positive experience. Like it. I got a phone call a couple minutes before the interview confirming that I would attend, and another phone call before receiving the offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time when you had a failure, and how did you deal with it?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIG (Champaign, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
On-campus interview. There were two rounds, each consisting half an hour. They were mostly behavioral, each interview by a different person. There was nothing challenging in the interview. I think this interview was meant only for people who did not require authorization to work in the US and I was rejected because of that

Question 1
Behavioral Questions like, 'What was the most difficult moment in your life?', 'toughest decision so far etc.'
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Houston, TX) in Sep 2016
Interview
I interviewed with two managers at the same time and then the director. It was very laid back which made me feel really comfortable and helped with the nervousness. They explained the day to day functions of the job and basically asked about my previous work experiences and how would I handle different scenarios.
