I was already an internal employee and I applied online. Within less than 2 weeks I was contacted by an HR rep to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview, within a week I was contacted by the HR rep again to schedule an in person interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, the hiring manager advised that I would have a final interview with a team member. The HR rep contacted me and scheduled the last interview with a senior project manager from the team.

Interview
Submitted CV via corp. webpage.
Needed to fill static data forms that are addressed already in CV
Need to fill salary expectations, otherwise no pass
2-3 weeks later, an in-house recruiter call from their hub in UK for screening.
After that he needed to get back to hiring manager for face2face meeting dates, took again a couple of days.
The meeting was in their Dublin/Irish HQ . Meet with the VP for FP&A and another analyst.
The VP seemed very bored and therefore hardly engaged.
Turned out that the FP&A team consists of 6 people, so the later progression is very limited.
During the interview I was told the job is just about data entry/ liaising with IT than actual finance/accounting.
I was told that the position needed to be filled really fast, however, the recruitment process was very lengthy.
Recruiter wanted to get back to me 3-4 days after the interview. Sent two reminders, but nothing. Only after I told them that I lost interest after all, I got a call that I was overqualified and they found somebody cheaper.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule a call with a product manager. Had a pleasant call with product manager a few days later where we spoke mostly about my skillset and background, and after that, I received an invitation to an in-person interview.
The interview was very laid back, spoke with 3 different people (2 product managers and the head of unit) and focused primarily on the needs for that particular department to start implementing design into their products right away, and how I would tackle some of the solutions needed. That same day, we scheduled a second interview for the following week; a video call with head of that unit, the head of design, and 2 other product managers to do a review of some of the work on my portfolio.
