Recruiter screening to go over the job, then 1st round with direct manager and coworker to go over skills and responsibilities, and 2nd round with both plus the director mainly about the AIG business
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AIG (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was over zoom. They mainly spoke about the job and what it would entail and what my responsibilities would be. Additionally they went through the full training process.
Awesome and very smooth process. No trick questions and they were very friendly. They explained the process that was to come. Even the coworkers were very friendly and showed me where to go for the interview.
