Awesome interview experience. The process is back to back approximately 30 minutes for each. The question is pretty casual and about your basic behavioral questions like "Tell me why will we hire you?
What is your greatest strength?". Overall, everyone was enjoyable and easy to talk. Great experience!

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening then an interview with 5 different AIG employees. Finally you will receive the final decision. During these interviews they were mostly behavioral questions.

Why do you want to work for AIG? Why are you interested in this specific job you are applying for?
Very friendly and patiently explaing the job function. They tend to look for people that can be with the company for a longer term and are willing to provide training if you get in.
Quick and easy, all interviewers at the panel were very welcoming and friendly. one of my favorite interview experiences, would definitely recommend trying out this process. consisted of 3 rounds
