I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Houston, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
applied on a job board and AIG got back to me fairly quick since I think it was the end of the fiscal year. After initial phone screen with HR, then 15 minute phone interview with Director and Manage after a week (I follow up with them since i had other interviews at the time), and then final face-to-face technical interview on-site within a week.

4. White board a basic algorithm problem. (pretty easy, but only because I practices codewars)

Interview
Spoke with recruiter at the career fair immediately setting up a next day interview. It was a short 30 minute interview mostly about stuff on my resume and programming experience in general. It felt like a conversation and the interviewer showed a lot of interest so I wanted to keep talking.
