AIG Claims Analyst interview questions

Contacted by e mail to set up phone interview. Never heard back after phone interview. Phone interview was about 20 minutes- HR person seemed to be reading off my resume and asking questions already answered on resume. Very little opportunity to expand on what was in my resume.
