Several phone interviews, then in person interview, followed by 2nd in person interview and role play. The process went smoothly but went on much longer than I had anticipated initially.

Interview
Very lengthy and detailed. Don't bother trying if you don't have experience selling HR. Made it to final stage. Phone interview with recruiter, then Manager, then panel, then presentation then interview with senior VP. I have a masters degree, 7 years of B2B sales with awards (brought proof) and it all came down to "We typically only hire people from specific industries." Plus they spend every interview trying to talk you out of the position (if this starts to happen, just walk away, your dead in the water) then the last one is a pretentious VP who spends 30 minutes telling you why you aren't a fit. Even if you know the product in and out, and give a great presentation where they tell you it was the best yet.......
