Interview
Bad Interview process, HRs interview first with no technical knowledge and they call profiles saying preferred XYZ. Which means profiles with XZ can also apply, once you go there they take your resume and say XYZ is mandatory. I don't understand why they have not quoted it mandatory in call letter. Its waste of my time and money going there and coming back for no reason.

Phone call screening - the HR forgot to send the e-mail for the on-line interview collaborator, kinda blamed me for not receiving the mail. Met 2 young folks - they're the interviewers - most obnoxious fellows i have ever come across. They just throw what questions they could find on the internet - not that they are aware of the CORRECT answers to those questions.
Couple of things I noticed - they are not very organized, not sure what to ask interview - they pretty much asked all the topics under the sun, and funny thing is they won't even let you complete the answer - midway either would stop you or would ask completely different question. A 30 min screening round stretched to an irritating 60 + min - no sense of time and no respect for other's time as well.
I wondered if they called to waste my time in the name of interview.

2. What is EventLoop - the folks are completely clueless about multi-thread apps, single therad apps, context switching and callba ks
3. Model an ER diagram
4. Event Sourcing - but asked method level Questions i.e. which module has which methods!!!
5. Cloud and distributed apps in general

Interview
two technical interviews, one HR round. Each technical round lasted for sixty minutes.HR roudn lasted for twenty minutes. Technical they asked about thread,oops,exceptions,memory,Spring, IOC,Spring MVC,STRING,STRING BUFFER,collections,hashmap,linked list,array list,SQL queries,stored procedures.
