I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Findlay, OH) in Feb 2016
Interview
There was an initial phone screen that consisted of a few questions about work background, and expectations. The on site interview consisted of a Skyped interview with the lead of the account in New York, and covered a deeper look at work background, what expectations are and how you perform under pressure. Then there's a second interview with the team on-site, and that consisted of a background on the position, what skills you have and don't have, and ended with shadowing two members of the team to see what is required on a day-to-day basis.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Toledo, OH) in Sep 2014
Interview
first you receive an initial phone screen then if next step you are invited to meet face to face wher you will first have 1 on 1 chat with the recruiter about your intentions. then after chatting with the recruiter you will participate in a panel interview with 2-4 managers at a time. At the end of the interview, you will get to sit with an ADP employee and ask questions as you see fit and the person you shadow during that time will escort you out when done.
Was contacted by Recruitment Operations Manager directly for a Recruiter position with ADP RPO at Goldman Sachs in Manhattan. Had a pleasant phone conversation, manager was extremely helpful in answering questions. However, after that received no feedback, but was told via email that I was selected for the Superday. Did not receive information about the Superday and after that manager did not respond to any emails.
