ADP Recruiting interview questions

2 over the phone interviews, 1 in person interview. 4 to 8 weeks process, meet with the hiring manager and 1 employee within the department. Dress professionally. Come prepared to bring more than 1 copy of your resume with you. Great interview experience overall.

First step was to have a phone screen and then I received an email from a recruiter for another phone conversation. Both took less than 30 minutes. I was then contacted via email to arrange a phone interview with the hiring team which was about one hour long. The process was fairly simple and self driven which was a nice way to be able to manage my schedule and the expectations of the Company
