ADP Payroll Specialist interview questions

The "ADP Staffing" office called me to schedule a phone screen. Then a phone screener called me, and we talked. Then she passed my info to the hiring manager. A phone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. Because I was not local, the interview was done on the phone. After she interviewed me, she had another Payroll Manager come speak with me on speakerphone. After a week, I had another interview with yet another Payroll Manager. About 2 weeks went by, and I recieved the offer. Then the background check took about 3 weeks. I've always had my background check take 2-3 days, so I was certainly surprised that this background check took so much longer. Be prepared to wait. The entire process from the phone screen to clearing the background check took about 2 months.

I had to take an online test that assessed my skills answering questions on the phone while under time pressure. I then had a phone interview with a manager who asked about my multi-tasking skills.
