Question 1
How would you get a deal closed if we weren't the cheapest option?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online. Received and email from a recruiter the next day and scheduled a phone interview for later that week. Phone call with the recruiter was more of a discovery call to see if I would be a good fit. (Know your numbers and targets!) Before I got off the phone the recruiter told me I would be moving forward and set expectations for the interview process and informed me it would be a two week process with two Face to face interviews, a ride along, and a presentation. The next interview was face to face with the VP. The second interview was a panel interview with the VP and two sales managers. I had to do role play (scenario given) and two presentations. I skipped the ride along part of the interview, probably bc I have years of field sales experience. I received an offer the next week. The process really took only two weeks. The interviewers were very upfront about the pros and cons of the role and set expectations early.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview has 3 phases. 1 Phone interview with recruiter 2. Interview with VP of Sales 3. Interview with Management. They also said a possible 4th meeting to shadow someone or offer its a 3 week to a Month process so you must exercise patience
