Overall 3 rounds.first one is mcqs round consisting of aptitude and technical.2nd one is technical interview round .The last one is managerial round. It was very nice experience to share as it is my first interview and got shortlisted

Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.
Three rounds, your regional recruiter will reach out to you for a screening call, then there's an interview with the VP or your future SE, then there's a final confirmation call.

They asked me about my involvement in extracurriculars
Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
