Not great.
Had to have an internal employee nudge my application to get a pre-recorded video interview screen (gag). For a sign-on bonus of $5,000 at the time I applied, you would think they'd fly you through the process all speedy! Not at all, at least not with me. When I finally opened the video interview link, I discovered their starting salary range for an implementation specialist is between 36,000-51,000. Absolutely paltry in this economy and laughable in the tech world. Interview questions were stupid simple, submitted my videos, and promptly never heard back.

phone interview and then video interview. If you are near the office I believe it's a in person interview. Sometimes it takes a while to get the interview but if you are confident you would have good chances

It's been a while but I believe they asked the usual interview questions like describe a difficult situation and how you handled it. It's best to use the STAR method when answering questions.

Interview
The interview was good, and the hiring manager told me that I was very thorough and gave excellent responses, in addition to my relative experience. I was also told that I would be hearing back from the recruiter the same week. However I have not recieved any feeback or follow up about the interview from the recruiter, even after me following up with the Thank You letter and (3) follow up letters because I really wanted this job.. Still nothing from the recruiter. So Ironically I received an email survey from ADP recruitment, I left my rating and comment and wouldnt you know an hour after that I get another generic email saying they have moved on to other candidates.. Sighs.. these companies I tell ya.. SMH

Had to go through multiple rounds with standard interview questions. The only thing that was useless was the video interview, after the video I had an in person interview with the same questions.
