The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Had an initial phone consultation, about 20 minutes with an HR person from the states.
Very stereotypical questions, incredibly inpersonal left me feeling like I would be a cog in the machine not a valued employee.
Was never contacted again, I cannot understand how a company with a big recruitment portal can't at least provide a stock email with "unfortunately we won't be taking you forward in the process"
I applied online. I interviewed at ADP in Jan 2020
Interview
There was a serious of 3 interviews. It was very formal. There wasn't much about getting to know you more reading questions from a script. The process was pretty normal. Everyone did talk about how positive their experience was with ADP and how much they enjoyed working there.
