I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Allentown, PA) in Jul 2010
Interview
I received a phone call and pre interview with a recruiter. He emailed the link to the online assessment and application. After I filled those out I received a call from the recruiter again to go over the details of the offer and a ballpark salary range. I was then scheduled for an interview. I arrived, signed in and waited about 20 minutes for my first interview. All standard questions, more of a back and forth conversation than an interview. It lasted about 30 minutes then the mgr left and found another mgr. In the same department. Again, more of a conversation then an interview. At the end of 30 minutes they arranged for a "ride along" on the phones to listen in. Finished that, and they sent me on my way. Waited 2 weeks to find out they went with someone else.

Interview
Low pressure and friendly, felt more like a conversation then an interview. Had to do an initial phone screening followed by a panel interview and included a role play session.
