I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP in Jan 2022
Interview
Scheduled a meeting with the virtual assistant, receiving multiple confirmation emails prior to the interview, yet recruiter did not show up. Didn't even send an apology. She answered my question on Linkedin after she failed to show up, but once again did not respond to my request to schedule. This was recruiter who reached out to me. Waste of time.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Túnez) in Apr 2026
Interview
I was invited for an on-site interview at the company's headquarters. The process was straightforward, lasting about 20 minutes—a standard HR screening. It began with a warm welcome from the recruiter, followed by questions on my background, skills, and motivation for the role. We discussed my resume highlights and availability.
Teams interview with the and face to face interview with the hiring manager.
A behavioural interview with the hrin 30 min and the hiring manager interview still in process. .

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (Milton Keynes, England) in Sep 2025
Interview
All interviews facilitated remotely.
First I was invited to a call with a recruitment partner from ADP. A ‘get to know’ and eligibility session. Very friendly and informal.
First ‘official’ stage interview with hiring manager, another informal ‘get to know eachother’ and some background about why they’re hiring, the expectations for the role and a bit about the company. I was only asked to talk a little about my experience and my motivations to apply. It was really an open chat.
Second interview was a meet the team (two other Product Managers) and the hiring manager. Another fairly informal session, get to know the product, including a screen demo, finished by some competency based questions, which were elaborated on by the other PMs to understand how I work and my approach to agile / ceremonies, user story writing etc. Again, didn’t feel too formal, they were really just trying to determine if I’d be suitable to work with.
No further interviews beyond that - was offered the role! Worth mentioning this was the way the hiring manager likes to interview, you may not have the same experience with another hiring manager.
Really efficient process all in all, with a good level of communication from the recruitment partner throughout the process.
