I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Hyderabad) in May 2014

Interview

I appeared for Microsoft .Net Senior Developer interview with ADP. There were 5 rounds of interview, 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, 1 client and 1 HR round. First technical round was appx 45 mins, the questions were on OOPS, C#, and .Net basics. The 2nd technical round was more detailed discussion around 1 hour.

It was 1 hr call with regular java related technical questions. Mostly focused of Spring related concepts and backend technology. Asked few sql questions like joins. Asked to write pseudo code related to design patterns.

1. Initial phone screening with Lead Developer 2. Once you get past screening, was brought in for a 3-4 hour in-person with manager, product manager, detailed technical interview and final meeting with SVP.
