I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ADP in Jan 2010
Interview
VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE W/ SEXIST STAFF IN MIDWEST:
The only reason I will not be returning for the next round is because I was told I would not fit in to their aggressive masculine culture but that they were sure I could continue to be a successful sales rep in a different environment (I am a woman with 3 years of sales experience). Throughout the interview I was compared to a female rep I did not have a chance to meet, and kept being reminded this is a good thing, and not to fell "pigeon-holed". Sounded like they had a token female and were wondering if another would work out.
My final interviewer (who was more of a stress interviewer - interrupted me a lot, put his hands on his face and made noises while I talked) told me I was in fact unlike their successful token female, because she had the potential to be both "greedy" and a "b*tch" and he did not believe I could get "down and dirty." Thanks but no thanks, a bunch of chauvinists.

Interview is behavioral-based interview questions that ask for stories/"tell me about a time when" to figure out if you are coachable, good work ethic, have goals, are resilient, etc. Be prepared to speak to different experiences you have had and various stories you can tell about them as it relates to important qualities in a B2B sales person (handling rejection, building relationships, being coachable).

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were frustrated by change
It was a fairly quick interview process. I did a phone screen with a recruiter. Next step was an interview with the managers and the VP. I also shadowed a rep in the field for a day
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Salem, NH) in Feb 2024
Interview
Interview process was seamless, and the hiring team did a great job keeping me in the loop. It was three steps; first with the recruiter virtually, second with the VP of Sales virtually, then the final day was a full day comprised of an interview, a shadow, and a role play, Again, recruiting team did a great job preparing me for everything. They appreciate honesty and a willingness to want the job. I asked for the job at the end of my final interview, and then received an offer before I left the building. From recruiter contact to job offer, the process was less than three weeks.
