I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADP (Hyderabad) in Jan 2009
Interview
I was hired on campus. The interview started off with a written test containing programming and mathematical aptitude questions. Candidates shortlisted were put through 2-3 rounds of interview before making a decision. I had 2 rounds of interview, the first one was technical and the next behavioral. IO would rate the interview between easy and average.

The interview process is a structured method a company uses to assess a candidate's skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for a role and typically includes stages like company research, phone screening, interviews (often multiple), potential skill assessments, and candidate evaluations.
