Interview
ADP was my first job as a campus recruit. A panel consisting of 5 people came for the campus recruitment which included 1HR and the other 4 being Techies and Managers.
They would first brief you about the company and its culture and give you a multiple answer written test. Once you are selected the next rounds will be HR followed by Tech.

Question 1
1.) First round will be an HR round to test you as a person. ADP considers the personality of the person to be more important than the technical ability as it believes Technical abilities can be trained and improved but not the inherent characteristics of a person. Its just an general discussion about you likes and dislikes and your opinion on some given situations basically testing your mindset and communication. Once the HR is convinced that you are a good person, you are into the next tech rounds.
2.) Tech rounds include basic of coding like Arrays, find the area of a circle, triangle in any language you are comfortable with, print the odd nos between given set of numbers etc. No too difficult.
3.) One you are through with the tech rounds HR will again talk to you regarding joining formalities.
There are 2 rounds and first one is technical and asked mainly about writing sql queries and python programming questions and 2nd question was mix of technical and aptitude questions

Technically good but decline without any notice. Company culture is good. Interviewer seems to be knowledgeable and helpful. 3 rounds of interviews were there and I have passed 3 rounds still they have declined
