Interview went smoothly with HR, VP and panel. I was lead to believe an offer will be made, but I had to have an additional step with a new director of product, as scope changed, so I would report to her. She simply restarted the process from 0 and hired her own choice within 1 week. Funny how she was able to identify candidate so quick and noticed gaps in my interviewing skills that were not there before.
