ADP Insides Sales Representative interview questions

I first was taken through a phone screen with a recruiter who told me she would get back to me within the week to discuss next steps. She did call me that week to ask if I was willing to come in for an interview at the office. I spoke with two managers and one VP and then sat for a seat ride with an employee. We did a trial run of a cold call which went well, and then they brought me back to the managers and asked me how I felt about my experience. We went over that and they told me they would be getting back to me either way within two weeks. I was presented with an offer letter a week later.

1 week from application to phone screen to in person interview and offer. 30 minute phone screen to see if you qualify and have the personality for the job. The woman who did the phone screen clearly loved working for ADP and was passionate about helping others find their career with ADP as well. In person interview was with the division's VP, followed by a role play, followed by a panel interview with hiring managers, and a ride along. All together the interview took 2 hours.
