I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2024
Interview
Chose the phone screen over prerecorded interview - not worth continuing with interviews. Role says hybrid but would be full-time on site for 12 weeks minimum for training. Said that ADP doesn’t approve ANY PTO between November and February, only get federal holidays. Pay is $21.37/hour. This was a waste of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked to state past three places of employment that were listed on the resume
Video recording with questions given and you record your answers. Examples given and email sent prior to Virtual recorder interview. Was advised that I did not make it past this interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
The process was very long and drawn out. Having worked in HR/Payroll for 20+ years, I was not expecting to have 6 phone interviews over a 5 week period, which ended due to another job offer. After the 2nd interview, the interviews were with the same people, who repeated the same questions as prior interviews. There were no questions related to my knowledge of their products that I would be using. While the process was not difficult, but it was too drawn out and time-consuming. I received other offers during the 5 weeks and accepted one of those.

Question 1
Standard interview questions (about yourself, strengths, weakness, what are you looking for, travel, etc). No questions related to their software that I would be required to use.
