I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Orlando, FL) in May 2016
Interview
Career Services at my university contacted me about job openings for ADP in Maitland, FL. I applied through the ADP career portal and was then contacted by a recruiter. The recruiter asked a few questions like, "Why do you want to work for ADP?" I was then setup for an interview with the hiring managers at the university. A week later I was offered the position of Implementation Specialist II. By the way, implementation Specialist is a different position than Implementation Consultant, the later requires more experience in HCM. I also bring a lot of work experience and just because my college alerts me to new jobs in the area does not mean I am fresh out of college with no experience.

Most questions were behavioral. Was offered the position 3 days later pending background check and drug testing. The process went as smooth as I have experienced.

Interview
Interviewed with a recruiter, 7-10 days later phone interview with manager. Close to a month later phone interview with director. I did not learn until the last interview that this was a virtual position and would have appreciated that information up front. I received the "no thank you" email on Christmas and felt that was a poor choice of a day to send that.
