ADP Implementation Consultant interview questions

Interview process took more than a month. Phone screening felt automated. Two recruiters reached out to me. The first recruiter was straight forward while the second recruiter was more friendly. Setting up the second interview with the hiring managers was a BIG struggle. They had to reschedule three times. The first time was due to time conflict with one of the hiring managers, second time the hiring managers were NO SHOW without an email or phone call letting me know it was cancelled. The lack of communication was completely unprofessional. The third time, only one of the hiring managers was able to conduct the interview. After a week later, the recruiter said that the position was put on hold and got an automated email. Overall, it was a very poor experience and a lot of wasted time.

I applied and 2 days later got an email to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer called on time and started listing of what seemed like the same questions on the general application. Did not ask about experience as it relates to the position. Could not answer job related questions because she had no idea. I'm worried that I will not get to move on because the interviewer had no clue about the position I applied for and probably took bad notes...
