The interview was a 30 min screening, spoke with recruiter and asked basic questions not related to HR. Decided to not proceed due to role covers many locations and requires driving
It took them over 8 weeks to give me interview feedback. When I asked for an update, they kept telling me I was “under consideration.” I was in fact not selected, and clearly wanted to “keep me warm” in case the person didn’t accept the offer. The entire process took months. I spent my valuable time in FIVE interviews and one recruiter prescreening. I could tell they didn’t take this seriously when one of the interviewers didn’t even have prepared questions. Another time my interview time was scheduled, they didn’t even show up. They had my phone number and didn’t bother to call or text me when they could have easily advised they were running late. I put so much time and effort into this process, and they couldn’t bother to call me when they decided to go with another candidate. Another red flag was not having in person interviews. I would have expected the final interview (not the first one), to be in person. If you expect someone to be in office, it’s a red flag not to show them the potential working environment. Overall, I feel my time was wasted, and I felt disrespected. I am glad I dodged a bullet working for a company that treats candidates like this.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019
Interview
A very fair and quick interview process comprised three interview rounds (manager, team, and department head). The final round included a demo training on any topic of interest. First two rounds were virtual and the last that included the training was in person.
