ADP District Sales Manager interview questions

The process took 3 week. I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to do a phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited to a second interview in house. After the second interview I was asked to retune to do a ride along with one of the current sales agents. A week later I was offered the position.

Initial phone screen, second phone interview and two, face to face interviews with manager and senior manager. Process was relatively fast, just a few weeks. Interview process was standard. Background checks, drug screen, cant recall if they required some sort of competency or behavioral testing....I believe they did require this via an online assessment.
