I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2025
Interview
Bad experience - won't make the mistake to apply for ADP again.
Initially applied for a National Accounts District Manager position. During the phone screen with the recruiter, she mentioned this role was a field sales position therefore requires your own vehicle (advertised as hybrid in the job description ????). Recruiter then mentioned another inside sales role that was available, but the base salary was about 20-25k lower. I still decided to go ahead with that one instead.
Next step was supposed to be a physical interview at the ADP's Montreal office with the sales team's manager. 4 internal employees instead showed up at the interview instead of 1, including 2 team members of a different team "for leadership training purposes".
ADP really needs to review its hiring procedures, it definitely feels like this is the jungle in there. It's definitely reflecting the overall note they have on this platform by internal employees.
