I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Calgary, AB) in Dec 2018
Interview
The process was unorthodox. I received a call from a leader in the company who was interested in meeting me. The first conversation we had wasn't so much an interview as it was a determination of willingness to proceed.
I interviewed with another leader and was then offered a role that had, until that point, been undetermined. It was really a question of if I wanted to work for ADP, they would find a role that suited me not the other way around. It was a great process as far as I'm concerned.

Professional. They were able to show what the job was going to be like before you decided to go through the next step. You are interviewed by all the managers and VP to make sure you are a good culture fit.
