Are you looking to waste 4 days of PTO?! If so, ADP will help!
I was really excited to interview with ADP. First met with the recruiter and everything went well.
Second interview was with the hiring manager and I thought everything went great and he informed me I would be moving on.
The third interview was with the VP. Again, thought everything went well and he informed me I would be moving on to the presentation portion of the process which I was super excited for. He told me I would receive information regarding the next steps.
Next they had me do another interview with another manager. Again told me I would be moving on to the presentation.
Sent thank you emails after each, always received responses.
After 3 days I emailed the hiring manager and CC’d the recruiter and VP following up. No response.
Waiting 5 days from there, followed up again. No response.
Few days later the VP adds me on LinkedIn. Figured this was a good sign. Waited an additional 5 days and sent a final follow up email and again no response.
It has been numerous weeks since and I have accepted a job with an awesome company so everything happens for a reason.
I am still shocked that the recruiter, manager, and VP could not send a simple email in response. I catered to interviews changing the time, and some other things.
I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism ADP allows as I saw this happen to countless other applicants across the country on Glassdoor, indeed, and Reddit but we always think we’re special and it bit me. I put in 4-5 hours before each interview round, studying the company, their products, their customers, and the interviewers and am still left with a sour taste that they couldn’t even respond to an email.
Don’t waste your time, you will take PTO to attend middle of the day interviews, only to be left hanging.
