ADP Customer Service Representative interview questions

I would say standard about 4 interviews and some are a panel interview. Total process can take about a month depending on time of year. As the holidays will alter or extend the length between interviews.

The recruiter called me and said she didn't read my resume. She asked me to go through my resume historically and she'd take notes. The interview lasted maybe 15 minutes and she said I would receive a follow up invite for the next step. I never received the invite and called ADP's support line more than 5 times over 5 weeks. They set a flag on my account so I wouldn't receive emails and I was told multiple times that I would receive a call once it's been fixed. It's been months and I'm guessing I don't have an opportunity anymore. What's worse is this position was recommended to me and this company couldn't care less. I can only imagine how they treat current employees and customers.
