Detailed and quick. Allowed for conversation and interaction. Multiple people were asked to participate. Not panel led, but different calls with different people. Provided different perspectives on the role and objectives. Overall good learning and interviewing practice. Many different departments needed to be involved due to integrated services. Hours of operation and virtual work was explained to include flex time offerings.
